 2025 Hours (Pool Opens 5/24!)

  • Mon / Tues: 12pm - 8pm
  • Wed / Thurs: 10am - 8pm
  • Fri: 12pm - 9pm
  • Sat: 11am - 9pm
  • Sun / Holidays: 11am - 8pm
  • School weekdays: Open @ 5:00pm

 Additional Rules

  • Food can be consumed 10 feet from poolside.
  • No grills or gas or electric cooking devices.
  • Ice cream is provided in the pool garage free of charge via homeowner donations.
  • Prohibited items include glass containers, illegal drugs, animals (except support dogs), smoking, gum, external chairs, diving, etc

 Adult Swim

Adult swim will occur during the last 15 minutes of each hour between 12 PM and 5PM. As signaled by lifeguard whistle, all persons under 18 years will be required to exit the pool until the beginning of the next hour.

 Guest Passes

The limit on guests is four (4) guests per household per visit. There is no overall yearly limit on the number of guests, and there is no charge for guest passes. Guests must be accompanied by an adult homeowner at all times.
