Additional Rules

  • Food can be consumed only at tables at least 10 feet from poolside.
  • No grills or gas or electric cooking devices on the pool deck.
  • Ice cream is provided in the pool garage free of charge via homeowner donations.
  • No animals in the pool. Registered service and emotional support animals are allowed on the pool deck only.
  • Prohibited items include glass containers, illegal drugs, smoking or vaping, gum, external chairs, diving, etc.

Adult Swim

Adult swim will occur during the last 10 minutes of each hour between 12 PM and 5 PM. As signaled by lifeguard whistle, all persons under 18 years will be required to exit the pool until the beginning of the next hour.

Guest Passes

The limit on guests is four (4) guests per household per visit. There is no overall yearly limit on the number of guests, and there is no charge for guest passes. Guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.

Children and Swimmers

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Children under 6 must have an adult with them in the water.
  • The wading pool is for children under 6 only, supervised by an adult.
  • The deep end requires a swim test at the lifeguard's discretion: tread water for 1 minute and swim 1 lap.
  • Anyone not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper covered by snug rubber or vinyl pants.
  • Only Coast Guard approved flotation devices are allowed, with an adult within arm's reach. No inner tubes, rafts or inflated boards.
  • The pool closes for thunder or lightning and normally reopens 30 minutes after the storm passes.
