 ARC Information

 General Process

The full process can be found in the Wilson's Grove Design Guidelines. In general, a homeowner must complete an application and send it to DH Bader via the Vantaca Portal by navigating to Requests -> Submit a Request -> ARC Request. Once DH Bader confirms the application is complete, it will be sent to the ARC, who has 60 days to provide a response.

An up-to-date status of your ARC application can be found above on this page, or on the Vantaca Portal by navigating to Requests -> My Items. If you do not see a status, please reach out to DH Bader via the same Vantaca portal.

 Fee Structure

As of the passing of the ARC Guidelines Resolution in June 2025, there are no fees associated with ARC applications!

 Application Details

A completed application includes filling out the ARC Modification Form and providing the following supporting documents:

  • House Location Survey (Plat) with the location of the proposed improvement
  • Site / Construction Plan
  • Photographs of the area where the work will be completed
  • Construction Documents
  • Materials & Colors
  • Landscape Plan
  • Construction Estimates (fees can be deleted)
  • Lighting
